Hi, I’m Albania.
There came a point in my life, that being self-aware of my patterns and using self-care was not enough, and only kept me stuck in my head. So I explored and trained in body-based and spiritual healing modalities to sustainably heal from trauma, grief and burnout. That journey changed everything and still continues to do so.
Now, as a trauma-trained, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), holistic therapist and coach, I help others do the same — creating a collaborative, compassionate space where healing unfolds naturally, without fixing or forcing, and where your body’s own wisdom leads the way toward peace, resiliency, and authenticity.

Somatic Experiencing
Somatic Experiencing (SE), is a gentle, body-led, holistic model to heal stuck self protection patters in the body in order to feel more nervous system regulation, vitality and empowerment. This is good for both trauma healing and stress recovery. As a holistic approach, I include IFS, SSP, and HeartMath.

Sessions are held virtually through Google Video. It’s recommended that you are at home where you are comfortable and safe for the best benefits. I do not recommend doing sessions in a car or outside of your home, as this causes many distractions and stress, especially for those with sensitive nervous systems.

Yes, you can do sessions online. Many people like to be in their home where they feel safe and supportive to engage in any type of treatment.Sessions are held virtually through Google Video.

$230 private pay for each session that’s paid prior to scheduling.
Intake session is 60 minutes.
Afterwards, each session is 45 minutes.

Currently I am no longer taking insurance clients and not providing superbills.
I can provide referrals to other providers that do.

It’s important that you feel comfortable with me, so that you get the most of our sessions. If we are not a good fit, I will provide you with referrals to other trained providers.
If we are a good fit, the first session will be an intake.

The first session is an intake. Here I will ask you more questions, like what you are experiencing and your goals. I will provide any clinical feedback and we can create a plan together. I answer any questions you have.

During our first 60 min intake session, you can share what your intentions are for healing and I’ll answer any questions you have. I’ll do an assessment and provide any clinical recommendations, and we can decide what path is right for you.
