  • You can apply first, and will contact you within 24-48 hours during Monday through Thursday.

    We schedule your free 15 minute consultation. It’s important that you feel comfortable with me, so that you get the most of Somatic Experiencing. If we are not a good fit, I will provide you with referrals to other trained providers.

    If we are a good fit, the first session will be an intake.

  • No. I am only accepting private pay, but I can give you a Superbill. A superbill, is an invoice that you can submit to your insurance for partial or full reimbursement. You need to verify with your insurance to see if they do reimburse you.

  • I do, but those slots are taken. I recommend finding another provider that is available and provides sliding scale.

  • Each person is unique in their history, traumas, stressors, and nervous system capacity. It’s hard to exactly know when. However, healing stress and trauma is a lifestyle change, to see lasting results.

    With consistent weekly sessions and applying tools in their daily life, past clients began seeing changes from 3 to 6 months, and others more than a year.

  • There’s a 48 hour cancellation policy from the start time of the scheduled appointment. The session is charged if the session is cancelled less than 48 hours.

    • I will block the available time slot we both agree on.

    • Weekly sessions are available at this time.

    • Each session is $220 for 50 minutes.

  • I use a secure platform called, IvyPay. After setting up the first intake session, I will send you a link via text, where you can safely put in your card information.

    The session will be charged prior to meeting. If payment fails, you will be notified once. If payment continues to fail, I will need to cancel until payment is made.

    Most major credit cards are accepted, including HSA.

  • No, currently I do not offer evening or weekend appointments.

  • No. I only provide virtual sessions through Google Video.

  • No, I only specialize in adults 30 + years of age, primarily women and BIPOC women.

    Although, anyone can reach out if you resonate with my work.

  • For psychotherapy, I am licensed in the state of California. This requires more clinical processing.

    If you are interested in just nervous system work through Somatic Experiencing, please still reach out. It wouldn’t be therapy, it would be using Somatic Experiencing. We would focus on present and future concerns using a body-first focus.
