  • Chronic tension and overexertion in the body causes us to feel more stuck, more fatigue and burnout.

    To interrupt these patterns, we focus on having a relationship with your body.

    You get to teach your body safety through simple somatic tools to allow for stress and trauma resolution to occur.

    This allows for more presence, relief, self acceptance, compassion, and living your truth.

  • Everyone's nervous systems and experiences are unique, and it is important to go at the pace of your nervous system capacity. There’s a lot of pausing, noticing, and tracking. When we do so, things that are ready to process will happen without overwhelm, and you may get new insights too.

  • No fixing here. This new shift in relating to yourself is accepting where you are, what supports you, without pushing yourself.

You’ve been working really hard to feel better, and your only feeling worse. I know what it’s like to feel like nothing is working. Through a journey of burnout and grief, I dove into mind, body, and spiritual practices that changed my life forever.

I am here as your guide, teaching you the very tools that helped me.

Therapy is about reconnecting to your deeper self. This work is collaborative, and requires you to put in the effort. I will provide insight and reflective questions. Clients describe me as very intuitive and asking the “just right” questions, that leads them to their own answers

We go slow and invite you to consider certain practices or tools, with your permission.

I believe we are not meant to be in therapy forever. My intention is to equip you with the tools that you can use at any time, so that you become your own healer.

Specializing In

  • Whether you are overthinking, feeling on edge, or feeling the constant tension in the body, we can work together to ease this.

  • If you are stuck in cycles of chronic stress and burnout, than healing begins in your nervous system. Learn and apply a body-first approach to recovery for lasting relief and nervous system healing.

  • Somatic Experiencing (SE), is a gentle, body-led, holistic model to heal stuck self protection patters in the body in order to feel more nervous system regulation, vitality and empowerment. Great for both trauma healing and stress recovery.

    You will also learn about Polyvagal Theory, which provides the understanding of the role of the autonomic system and different physiological states and how it responds.

  • EMDR is an integrative approach that helps reducing overwhelming emotions into a neutral or minor feelings about a memory, as well as can increase positive self perception. I incorporate a holistic approach with SE, and IFS.
