Therapy For

Anxiety

Feel the relief without the burden of anxiety.

Anxiety doesn’t have to dictate your life.

Wherever you go, anxiety seems to be there all the time.

You distract yourself to give yourself a break, but anxiety always comes back.

You’ve tried the coping skills but you can’t seem to calm yourself for long.

You overthink the decisions you need to make, and your mind replays the interactions you’ve had with others.

Anxiety is draining you.

You are ready to feel more grounded and relief.

You are ready to focus your energy on what matters most.

I am ready to help you get there.

You are tired of anxiety taking up so much space in your life.

How we’ll work together

Helping you experience the relief you’ve been searching for.

My intention is to equip you with the knowledge and the practice of relating to yourself. To become your own inner-healer no matter what happens in your life.

You will receive:

  • Clarity on the patterns that contribute to anxiety so you can learn how to change them.

  • Proven tools and strategies to recover from anxiety, so you use your energy for the things that matter the most.

  • A customized plan, so when life gets hard, you are confident on what to do.

  • Creating a life that is within your capacity, while you grow, so it becomes sustainable in your life.

This work changes lives. Clients have learned to decrease or eliminate anxiety.

They have more energy to live. They get along with those they love. They build a life that feels good and stays that way.

We will take a body, mind, spirit approach.

Anxiety is our bodies way of telling us it doesn’t feel safe. The way to heal, is by teaching our bodies to get out of survival mode, and into living a life you thrive. When we don’t, the stress from anxiety builds up and affects our health, relationships, and overall lives. We use proven methods to help you release stress by using Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems-Informed.

You are worth investing in

If you are having thoughts like “I shouldn’t be spending money on therapy”.

I get it.

And, putting the time, money, and effort in your wellbeing, will help you and those you help.

You get a chance to learn tools to support your body, ways to sustainably set healthy boundaries, and rediscovering the version of that you were meant to live.

You might also be thinking, “I’ve tried therapy before, and it didn’t work”.

I understand.

This time, it will be different

Therapy with me is different because you get to learn how to go beyond just coping and talking-out-your-problems, which traditional therapy does.

Here, there’s a body-first approach to tending to your body, so you can support it for more ease and balance.

This type of therapy is tailored to who you are — culturally sensitive, intuitive, and honoring your nervous system.

This is slow, sacred process, where there’s no fixing.

Am I the right therapist for you?

I am the right therapist for you if…

  • You want simple, body-based tools to heal and calm your nervous system.

  • You want freedom from old survival habits that keep you feeling stuck.

  • You want clear, healthy boundaries with others—without the guilt.

  • You want a therapist who reflects your culture, hears your story, and sees all of you.

  • You want a warm, supportive space that still challenges you to grow.

  • You want slow, steady healing with no labels, fixing, or rush.

I am NOT the right therapist for you if…

  • You are in a crisis and need immediate, high-level support before starting therapy.

  • You deal with active addiction or substance use that needs specialized, in-person care.

  • You prefer traditional talk therapy, rather than hands-on, body-based work.

  • You want a therapist to tell you what to do, rather than work together as a team.

  • You are not ready to practice tools outside of our sessions or take on deep work yet.

Let’s help your body feel the ease it deserves.
