If you are having thoughts like “I shouldn’t be spending money on therapy”.
I get it.
And, putting the time, money, and effort in your wellbeing, will help you and those you help.
You get a chance to learn tools to support your body, ways to sustainably set healthy boundaries, and rediscovering the version of that you were meant to live.
You might also be thinking, “I’ve tried therapy before, and it didn’t work”.
I understand.
This time, it will be different
Therapy with me is different because you get to learn how to go beyond just coping and talking-out-your-problems, which traditional therapy does.
Here, there’s a body-first approach to tending to your body, so you can support it for more ease and balance.
This type of therapy is tailored to who you are — culturally sensitive, intuitive, and honoring your nervous system.
This is slow, sacred process, where there’s no fixing.
Am I the right therapist for you?
I am the right therapist for you if…
You want simple, body-based tools to heal and calm your nervous system.
You want freedom from old survival habits that keep you feeling stuck.
You want clear, healthy boundaries with others—without the guilt.
You want a therapist who reflects your culture, hears your story, and sees all of you.
You want a warm, supportive space that still challenges you to grow.
You want slow, steady healing with no labels, fixing, or rush.
I am NOT the right therapist for you if…
You are in a crisis and need immediate, high-level support before starting therapy.
You deal with active addiction or substance use that needs specialized, in-person care.
You prefer traditional talk therapy, rather than hands-on, body-based work.
You want a therapist to tell you what to do, rather than work together as a team.
You are not ready to practice tools outside of our sessions or take on deep work yet.
Let’s help your body feel the care and love it deserves.

Every person is unique and the time it takes depends on the nervous system capacity, how you apply the tools learned, and frequency of the therapy sessions. Some clients, when they’ve applied what they’ve learned, can start seeing results in 2 months - 6 months; however, some take longer than a year.
-
It’s recommended to come to therapy when you have the time and ability to do the work, so that way you can experience the results. It’s okay if now is not the right time. Come back when you are ready.
